Getting Vitamin B12
Doctors know the health benefits of the B vitamin family and have administered vitamin B12 shots to patients for years and they’ve seen remarkable results. But getting the vitamin B12 your body needs is not easy.
Most multivitamin pills only contain 100-200 micrograms of the cyanocobalamin form of B12 and this must then be converted to methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin before it can be used by the body. The actual absorption of B12 is also a problem with supplements. Swallowing 500 micrograms of cyanocobalamin can result in absorption of as little as 1.8 microgram, so most multivitamins do not provide an adequate daily intake.
What we found here is Vitamin B-12 Patch which is safe, efficient and inexpensive to put a small patch on once per week for up to 24 hours. Read more!
